Cancellations/Substitutions
Cancellations must be received in writing at least 10 days prior to conference start date in order to receive a full refund.  After this date, any cancellation will be subject to at $175 cancellations charge, which may be applies to any future CCMI conference.  Transfers and/or substitutions are permitted at any time; simply notify the Conference Registrar at 866-620-5938 to make the arrangements. Registrants who do not cancel or do not attend are liable for the full registration fee.
