Gary Audin
Gary Audin has more than 40 years of computer, communications and security experience. He has planned, designed, specified, implemented and operated data, LAN and telephone networks, including VoIP and IP converged networks in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, Asia and the Caribbean. During his career, he has designed a national bank ATM network; written multiple RFPs; specified the functional requirements for a wide area and local area network for the data transmission of the City of New York; designed a statewide multi-agency frame relay network for Louisiana; and analyzed the U.S. Navy’s future for IP transmission via satellite.

Mr. Audin has been published extensively in ACUTA Journal, BCR, Data Communications Magazine, Infosystems, Computerworld, Computer Business News, Auerbach Publications and other magazines. He is frequently relied upon as a source in Voice Report. He has made more than 250 presentations at trade shows including IP Telephony University, IPComm, VoiceCon, COMNET, INFO, PC Expo, Interface and MultimediaCom. He has been keynote speaker at several user conferences (ACUTA, AT&T, JUST-US, SBC FOCUS, Mitel, Nortel and TCIF) and delivered many webcasts on VoIP and communications technologies. He holds a BSEE from New Jersey Institute of Technology, with graduate work in computer science at Syracuse University. He has been an adjunct professor at Pace University and an instructor at Boston University. Before becoming an independent consultant, Mr. Audin worked with Timeplex, Informatics, Logica Inc., PRC, Western Union and the USAF.
