Easy to Use
TelView is a simple, Web-based service. A standard Web browser and a TelView subscription will let you access all of the information you need. The user interface is completely intuitive, letting you easily navigate through the library with exclusive TelView search, tracking and reference tools to quickly retrieve required data.
Powerful Search & Reference Tools
TelView's powerful search tools allow you to query within a particular document, across several documents or even the entire library based on tariff type or carrier type. Features like "my search" and "reference-marks" give you short-cuts to save time. "My Search" saves your routine search criteria so you can repeat the same search daily, without having to go through the process of field selections. "Reference-marks" remembers your frequently viewed Public Disclosure Document and tariff pages so you can quickly perform daily spot checks.
Tracking
With TelView's advanced tracking features, keeping up-to-date on the information most important to you is as simple as 1-2-3.
TelView identifies all changes. Both Verizon and Sprint web sites contain complete tariffs, but do not give you transmittal updates...so it is virtually impossible to identify critical changes. TelView provides transmittal mark-ups for the Sprint and Qwest public disclosure documents so you can easily see all the changes in each and every document.
TelView offers a tracking advantage. Even web sites that offer transmittals force you to go to the site to check them and uncover impacts. TelView's Federal and State Transmittal Logs do this every day. TelView's Transmittal Alert sends you a daily email that identifies every update--with a link to each transmittal in the html alert. And with TelView's Tariff Tracker, you set the parameters for the tariffs you want to track, and whenever a change occurs, you'll instantly receive an email alerting you.
TelView conveniently links documents in transmittals. For example, if the service description changes for a plan, as well as the rates, we will link the service guide and all the related tariff documents together in the transmittal. On the carrier public disclosure web site, you must go to two different places to view each of these changes.
