CCMI, a business unit of Simplify Compliance, announces the acquisition of NEF’s FiberLocator, an online fiber mapping database. This is the second acquisition by Simplify Compliance since Leeds Equity Partners, LLC invested to form the company in December 2016.

Leeds Equity Partners, LLC, announced that it has invested in Simplify Compliance Holdings, a merger of four market-leading companies: BLR (formerly Business and Legal Resources), and three portfolio companies owned by UCG: CCMI, DecisionHealth, and Argosy.

CCMI has announced the acquisition of i2Gemini, a leading provider of specialized telecommunications applications for carriers, service providers and enterprises worldwide.

This year CCMI celebrates 45 years in business and it’s been quite an exciting and memorable journey!
